Position: Customer Support Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Local candidates are preferable)

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of the customer support team. The person in this role will lead the team in providing technical assistance and guidance to customers who use our industrial automation products and time attendance software and hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and logical MIS skills to identify trends, analyze data and make informed decisions to improve the customer experience.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Manage a team of customer support representatives and oversee their day-to-day operations
  • Develop and maintain customer support procedures, policies, and standards
  • Ensure customer inquiries are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop reports on customer support metrics and present findings to upper management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product training materials and ensure consistency in customer support
  • Continuously improve the customer support experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Ensure the team is meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs
  • Manage relationships with key customers and vendors

Qualification:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or related field, preferably in the industrial automation industry
  • Strong analytical and logical MIS skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team
 
Experience with CRM software and customer support tools Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
