Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, access control, and CCTV systems for customers.
  • Assist with networking setup, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Integrate time attendance hardware, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Conduct thorough testing, promptly resolving technical issues.
  • Provide adept customer support across various channels.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive records and user documentation.
  • Deliver clear and effective training to customers for proficient system usage.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Familiarity with time attendance systems / Biometrics / CCTV  is a plus.
  • Diploma/ BCA or ITI with the same experience would be preferable with 3 – 7 Years  of experience
