Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, access control, and CCTV systems for customers.
- Assist with networking setup, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Integrate time attendance hardware, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Conduct thorough testing, promptly resolving technical issues.
- Provide adept customer support across various channels.
- Create and maintain comprehensive records and user documentation.
- Deliver clear and effective training to customers for proficient system usage.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Familiarity with time attendance systems / Biometrics / CCTV is a plus.
- Diploma/ BCA or ITI with the same experience would be preferable with 3 – 7 Years of experience
