Position: Online Customer Support Engineer (SQL Database)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding SQL database-related Queries, issues, and troubleshooting.
• TO work in MS SQL queries using joints, analytical functions, subquery, and set Operators.
• Provides Technical software support to clients
• Performs troubleshooting.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in a software or IT environment.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases, particularly MS SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
