JCH manufacturing facility at Kadi, Gujarat, is among the ten air conditioner facilities worldwide. With a  total installed capacity of 230,000 units (in a single shift) a year JCH is amongst the top air-conditioning  companies in India.

IP based Biometric Time Attendance System

Compucare has implemented robust IP based Biometric Time Attendance System. The HR is able to  easily maintain and allocate shift for the employees using Time Attendance Server and manage them  centrally.

IP based Visitor Management System

Compucare has implemented robust IP based Visitor Management System. The security is able to easily  issue Visitor Pass for the visitor and maintain the visitor database centrally. The VMS helps in security  check-in and provides great facilities as it keeps tracking the visitors in your premises. VMS helps JCH to improve Visitor check-in and check-out process. Using this system, you will be able to track visitor’s  records easily with digital photograph and signature. Using VMS JCH employees are notified upon guest  arrival via a text message or email if desired. The VMS Dashboard provides you live data analysis and  using these various reports you can generate statistical analysis and send daily reports via email from the  security in charge.

IP based Video Surveillance System

Compucare has implemented robust IP based Video Surveillance System with cameras totaling more  than 105. The control center is used for real time surveillance and security vigilance in and around the  establishment.

Public Addressing System:

Compucare has implemented robust Digital Public Addressing System. The zone wise audio  announcements and emergency alerts sent via the public addressing system to the employees from a  central location.

LED Message Display Board Solution:
Real Time Dynamic Production & Performance LED Message Display Board Solution:

Compucare with its expertise was able to rise up to the challenge of JCH by providing Real Time  Dynamic Production & Performance LED Message Display Board Solution. The New LED Message Sign Boards where installed at the end of each production line in total of seven. The 8th LED Message Sign  Board is used to display the safety policy and other company message. The supplied LED Message Sign  Boards are single sided with bright red LED display, the display boards are clearly visible upto a distance  of 80 meters and is designed to suit their factory condition. 

There are five updatable data parameters such as “Product Code” for that particular production line,  “Target” for the day, “Plan” for the day, “Actual” actual achieved for the day and “% Eff” efficiency in  percentage for the day.

Lunch Time Visual Alert Solution:

Compucare with its expertise was able to rise up to the challenge of JCH by providing Real  Time Dynamic LED Clock Solution. The New LED Clock of size 64cm x 16cm is installed at  the each production line in total of – 7; molding gate – 1, coil shop – 1, plant 1 – 3, and two  separate LED Clocks of size 96cm x 32cm is installed at each side of the Admin Room. The  supplied and installed LED Clocks at the production line are single sided with bright White LED  display and bright Red LED display at the Admin Room, the LED Clocks are clearly visible up  to a distance of 80 meters and is designed to suit their factory condition.

How is the Visual Alert for Lunch Time Solution achieved?
  1. The LED Clock software is installed in the local computer 
  2. The local computer and wifi router are connected in the same network 
  3. The Days wise / shift timings of each production line is programmed in the LED Clock  Software 
  4. The LED Clock communicates with the LED Clock Software via wifi / TCP/IP 5. The LED Clock Software initially sets the time in each LED Clock via wifi at the  production line and TCP/IP for LED Clocks at Plant 1 
  5. The inbuilt embedded board of the LED Clock maintains the time
  6. The time of the LED Clock is synchronized automatically by the LED Clock Software Modes
Modes of Operation of LED Clock Solution:
  1. Clock Mode: 
  • The LED Clock displays the dynamic synchronized Time

2. Counter Mode:

  • Counter mode is applicable to clocks installed at the production line
  • The LED Clock displays the countdown timer of the programmed lunch time
  • The LED Clock also displays “Lunch Time” in scrolling effect
  • The LED Clock reverts back to Clock Mode when the programmed lunch time is finished

The installation of the Real Time Dynamic LED Clocks at JCH has helped achieve timely production and realize the value of time for its employees, thereby boosting the overall efficiency
